Student Testimonials: What They Think About Our School

(See our student standards listed below the student comments at the bottom of this page.)

Kaitlin, CALIFORNIA

Web based learning is better than public schooling because I can have help when I need it, and I can ask questions if I don't uinderstand something.

Joshua, NEVADA

Well, web based ledarning is tons more fun and you don't have the pressure of some really old and tired teacher telling you off or shouting about how you have to get this turned in such and such a date....The people here absolutely ROCK !!!!!!!

Christi, MEXICO

I didn't want to go to a Spanish speaking school (I live in Mexico). I think an online school is a good alternative to public school if you travel a lot, like to move at your own pace whether that be fast or slow. You can see exactly where you are and what you need to do to get done.

Taylor, OREGON

This is the first year doing online school and I think it is great...my parents pulled me out for reading and math because the teachers were horrible and I wasn't learning anything.

Dustin, GEORGIA

I chose web-based learning because I had too many distrations in a face-to-face classroom.

Charles, FLORIDA

Parents don't need to drive us, we don't risk getting cancer from those exhaust cages they call buses, money is saved on cafeteria food, no chance of bullying, gun incidents, less of a chance to drug and alcohol exposures, not to mention hours more time spent doing whatever matches our lifestyles. My family and I like to travel.

Catherine, COLORADO

There is no need to be quiet. You can discuss things with your parents and ask questions that you might not have the courage or desire to ask a teacher in a classroom.

Rebecca, HAWAII

I went to public school for 9 years ..... but I started to get confused and I never really understaood what was going on. ....And I just have to say that this ...school is the best way to finish up your school work. At public school, I always felt behind and I was bad at all my math and I would just never get anything done. But now I get everything done. I can understand my math so much better.

Kama, ILLINOIS

Web based learning lets you choose the speed so you can go faster or slower than in a classroom. My class in public school was known as the worst class by all of the teachers. They would tell us how we weren't very smart. ...the teachers didn't like to teach and the students could tell. There were many times that a teacher has walked out on the class because they "gave up." The biggest advantage of this online school is that the people are very positive and keep me going.

Dayne, GERMANY

I currenlty live in Germany. There's no drinking age in Germany and so alcohol and drugs, specifically marijuana, are really easy to get here. I much prefer web-based learning compared to the face-to-face classroom experience. There are less distractions...and I work at my own pace and that's something I have really enjoyed.

Tyler, UTAH

Online schools are something I think you will see more and more. Why do school when you can go down and work on the farm or play with the horses?
