What is Regional Accreditation? Regional accreditation means membership in one of the six regional, nationally recognized associations that accredit schools in the 50 states and in many foreign countries. The six regional associations are the recognized accrediting bodies for public schools throughout the country.

What is a Credit? A credit is often defined as a unit of credit awarded for successful completion of a course. The Carnegie credit is a standardized unit that our school uses and represents not less than 120 hours of instruction or its equivalent per year. (60 hours for a half-credit)
